The head of the party headquarters Oleksandr Kornienko, noted that the party had not changed its position and would not unite with the old parties, such as the Opposition Block or the Batkivshchyna, as Ukrainska Pravda reports.
“Earlier Volodymyr Zelensky has already stated that there would be no unions with such forces. He talked about all old political forces. This position is being maintained by the party”, Kornienko reminded.
He also stressed that the Sluganarody party and the Golos party had the similar objectives.
“But we do not consider them to be our competitors, as we have the same values. But we have rivals in the East – the “Opposition Block” and “For Life”, Kornienko said.
As for coalition with the Golos party, the head of the Sluga narody party headquarters noted that they needed to discuss this issue and have a look at the party list. He also noted that the party was not against cooperation with the party of Ihor Smeshko.
