Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman stated that he is ready to donate heat and power plants (HPP) owned by State Property Fund to communities of cities in whose territory they are located.
«I offer two options. First: to sell to mayors, I mean the city communities. If no – then to donate them. Let them manage this complex. I am ready to go for it», the prime minister said during « An hour of questions to the government» in Verkhovna Rada.
Groysman added that the State Property Fund (SPF) inefficiently manages heat and power plants.
«I agree that the State Property Fund is not an effective manager. And it is not the government that manages (HHP – ed.), but SPFU», said Groysman, without specifying which HHPs are in question.
As reported by «Journalist» Groysman stated that the salaries of primary care physicians increased by 2-3 times.
