United Kingdom: Ukraine’s security is also security of Britain, and Russia’s recent statements on MH17 are an outright lie

The Secretary of Defense of the United Kingdom, Gavin Williamson, called Russia’s new statement on the downed Malaysian Boeing MN17 a blatant lie. This was reported by the press center of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

«We adhere to our commitments and will always be with you. As long as we exist, we will help to restore your world. We will not allow destroying our common values. Your security is the security not only for Ukraine, but for the United Kingdom too,» – Williamson said.

«I note that Russia’s new statements on the MN17 is another example of Russian misinformation,» – the Minister stressed.

This statement was made following a meeting of the Heads of defense departments of Ukraine and the United Kingdom in Kyiv.

As The Journalist reported earlier, Leonid Kuchma said US and the Nuclear Club should apologize to Ukraine for failure to respect the guarantee of her independence.
