Some 69 settlements in three regions of Ukraine saw a blackout due to rain and strong gusts of wind. This was reported by the press service of the State Emergency Service.
In particular, electricity supplies have been disrupted to 35 settlements in Chernihiv region, 27 in Zhytomyr region and 8 in Kyiv region.
Regional energy distribution companies deployed their repair teams to tackle blackouts.
