U.S. set to start withdrawal from INF Treaty in early February

Under Secretary for Arms Control and International Security, Andrea Thompson, has stated that the United States of America will start withdrawing from the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty on February 2, Voice of America reports.
