Washington believes that Russia and China should stop supplying fuel to the DPRK, as Pyongyang has breached a UN sanctions cap on refined petroleum. This is reported by Reuters.
The United States provided a list to the Security Council committee of the 89 North Korean tankers and a few select photos. The US also submitted the complaint to the UN Security Council North Korea sanctions committee.
«These sales and any other transfer must immediately stop,» − a document submitted to the committee says.
Recall that the participants of the NATO summit in Brussels called for further pressure on the leadership of North Korea, until Pyongyang fully completes nuclear disarmament.
