As the «Journalist» reported, Verkhovna Rada adopted a bill on mine action in Ukraine.
Kurt Walker, the special representative of the US State Department for Ukraine, said that the mine action law could help attract new international support for Ukraine.
About this Walker wrote in Twitter.
«This important law can open up additional international support to meet immediate needs», said Walker.
We note that the US Embassy in Ukraine called on the Verkhovna Rada to bring the document to international standards.
