Details of the resonant double murder in Kharkiv became known

The motive of the resonant double murder in Kharkiv was the debt obligation of the deceased. As the head of the Kharkiv police Oleg Bekh clarified, the 42-year-old suspect almost did not resist the policemen and was in a serious psychological condition.
Recall that on June 24th, around 10.40, the investigatory-operative group, which came to call a neighbor, found a 45-year-old man, his 39-year-old ex-wife, and their wounded daughter 12 years old, shot dead in the apartment.
The ambulance rushed the girl to the hospital, where the doctors did everything possible to save her life. At the moment, investigators and psychologists work with the child to find out the details of the tragedy.

«I want to express my gratitude to all residents of the house where this terrible tragedy occurred, for active cooperation with the police. Thanks to their testimony, the operatives managed to quickly create an orientation for the search for a person involved in the commission of a crime. Immediately, a special «Siren» plan was put in place, the patrol police officers actively joined the search for the attacker. It was they who detected the suspect’s car on orientation, organized his persecution, blocked it near the Kievskaya metro station and detained the driver. In the trunk of his car, policemen seized a smooth-bore rifle, a carbine, a traumatic pistol, ammunition and money – 200 thousand dollars and 50 thousand hryvnias. As the detainee explained, the money belongs to him, and all the weapons have the appropriate permits», wrote Bekh on his page on Facebook, that the deceased owed the detainee 100 thousand dollars and was not going to give them back.

The police said that both men had known each other since childhood, and even were friends for some time. Then their paths parted, and they did not communicate. Their fate again brought in January this year. The conflict between them arose during a joint trip to the city.
