The state registrar has temporarily suspended registration procedure for the new State Tax Service of Ukraine as a legal entity. The reason for this was the fact that the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine whose successor the State Tax Service will be is not in a state of liquidation now, said journalist Yevhen Plynskiy.
On May 11, State registrar of the department for state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of the Kyiv Shevchenkivskyi district state administration, Vitalii Zhelinskyi, suspended the registration procedure of the State Tax Service of Ukraine.
The reason for this was that the State Fiscal Service, the successor of which will be the State Tax Service, “is not being closed down in view of reorganization of the institution through its split.”
As The Journalist reported, the Cabinet appointed Verlanov as head of the State Tax Service.
