Health Minister Maksym Stepanov has said that the National Health Service has financed additional payments to doctors from September 1, for all medical institutions in Ukraine, Interfax-Ukraine reports.
“All medical institutions have received funds to pay premiums to doctors from September 1. This is more than UAH 1.27 billion in September, about UAH 1.18 billion in October,” the minister said.
As a reminder, from September 1, doctors will be paid allowances in the amount of 70% of the official salary, nurses of 50% of the minimum wage, and junior medical personnel of 25% of the minimum wage.
