The trial on the case of downing the Malaysian Boeing will take place in a Dutch court, most likely in The Hague.
This decision is fixed in agreement between Ukraine and the Netherlands, which the Dutch legislators approved on Tuesday, June 12, as reported by DW.
The court will be able to use video conference calls in trial hearings on cases of the accused.
The approved agreement also provides situations when the verdicts can be executed in Ukraine if convicts cannot be extradited to the Netherlands.
The agreement «is an important step toward finding the truth and bringing suspects to justice, thereby meeting the demands of the relatives of victims», – said Dutch Foreign Minister Stef Blok
As «The Journalis» reported, the Netherlands Prosecutor will turn to Shoygu to interrogate the servicemen of the RF, connected with the crash of MH17.
