The Сourt ruled to extended until September 8 the the measure of restraint for the Chief of RIA Novosti Ukraine, Kirill Vyshinsky, his lawyer, Andriy Domansky, has said.
«The board of judges of the Appeal Court of the Kherson region has partially satisfied the appeal of the defenders, the determination of the investigating judge has been canceled and a new determination has been issued, that granted the investigator’s request for the extension of the detention of Kirill Vyshinsky until September 8, 2018,» – the lawyer wrote.
As The Journalist reported, the Chief of RIA Novosti Ukraine will remain in custody for another two months.
