Сommercial Сourt in Brussels declared illegal the provision of Uber taxi services in the capital of Belgium. This was reported by La Libre Belgique.
According to the decree, only drivers of cars with a Brussels license and with a luminous taxi signal on the roof can provide such transportation services.
It is noted that the decision was made back in December, but it has been publicly announced just now.

"This decision means that drivers who do not have a permit from 1995 have no right to drive taxi, whatever the name of the service associated with Uber was," the report says.

As The Journalist reported, law enforcement officers removed from the route the Uber driver, who was intoxicationed.
