One Ukrainian servicemen was wounded over the past day in the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) area in Donbas. This is reported by the press center of Ukraine’s Joint Forces Operation on Facebook.
The situation in the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) area remained controllable. Militants shelled Ukrainian troops positions 29 times, one time using weapons proscribed under the Minsk Peace Agreements.
It is reported the Russian occupation forces were active along the contact line and shelled the defenders of the settlments of Krymske, Novoluhanske, Svitlodarsk, Zaitseve, Maiorsk, Pisky, Taramchuk Avdiyivka, Vodiane, Pyshchevyk, Shyrokyne and Talakivka. The defenders of Hnutove came under 82-mm mortar fire. By its active actions, the enemy tried to force the JFO units to fire back. One Ukrainian soldier was wounded. According to intelligence, one enemy was killed, another one was wounded.
It is noted that since Monday midnight, Russian-led militants have attacked the Ukrainian defenders positions five times near the settlements of Svitlodarsk, Maryinka, Hnutove and Vodiane.
