The main religious leaders of Ukraine appealed to the residents of Donbas and the Crimea (VIDEO)

The new president of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, posted on his Facebook page a video message from religious leaders to residents of Donbas and the occupied Crimea.

In the video, representatives of different faiths and churches talk about peace and love of neighbor.

In particular, Patriarch Filaret, head of the UGCC Svyatoslav, head of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (Moscow Patriarchate), Vladyka Onufriy, mufti of Crimea Ayder Rustemov, chief rabbi of Odessa and southern Ukraine Avraham Wolf, mufti Ahmed Tamim, mufti addressed the residents of the annexed Crimea and the occupied Donbas, Chief Rabbi of Dnipro and Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Shmuel Kaminetsky, Chief Rabbi of Kharkiv and Eastern Ukraine Moishe Moscovic, Chief Rabbi of Kyiv Moishe Reuven Asman and Chief Rabbi of Donbas Pinhas Vyshetskiy.

At the same time, there is no appeal in the video by the head of Orthodox Church of Ukraine (KTSU), Metropolitan of Kyiv and all Ukraine Epiphanius.

Religious leaders expressed the hope of establishing peace in the Donbas and the resumption of the unity of Ukraine.


As reported by “Journalist”, Zelensky’s adviser said that the power system should be cleaned up from representatives of big business.
