The polling station in Kherson oblast was left without bulletins

In the village of Nizhni Serogozy (precinct election commission No. 650386) at the 185th district in the Kherson oblast no bulletins were brought before the opening. Members of the commission offered voters to wait until bulletins were delivered.

According to the press service of the OPORA public network, ballots from the CEC were delivered to the polling station at 10:30 a.m.

As The Journalist reported, the 2019 presidential election will became democracy test for Ukraine.
