Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin and Defense Minister Stepan Poltorak with a probability of 99% will leave their posts after taking office as head of state Volodymyr Zelensky. In addition, the current Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko will be dismissed. This is the speaker on political issues Zelensky Dmytro Razumkov said on the TV channel NewsOne.
The current foreign ministers and the defense ministry will not remain in their posts. Also, the political consultant “Ze! Team” added that Klimkin and Poltorak will have to transfer the affairs to new people who will occupy the designated positions.
“I think that Pavlo Klimkin and Stepan Poltorak with a probability of 99% will not remain in office. They will have to help and transfer cases after being dismissed from their posts: it is their duty and good will. The ministers will have to introduce new people to the course and help them adapt for the first time,” Razumkov said.
Razumkov also confirmed Zelensky’s desire to dismiss Lutsenko. The speaker of the newly elected president noted that only the Verkhovna Rada can prevent the latter’s resignation.
Earlier, the “Journalist” reported that, according to Razumkov, a group of deputies appeared in the Rada, who “promote themselves on Zelensky”.
