Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov has said Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) and the Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces (GRU) should be recognized as terrorist organizations, and Russia – as a state sponsor of terrorism.

About this Turchynov wrote on Facebook.

The NSDC Secretary recalled that the day before, on April 17, the SBU and the Prosecutor General’s Office provided irrefutable evidence about the participation of the FSB and the GRU in organizing terrorist attacks on the territory of Ukraine.

“The security structures of Ukraine exposed an intelligence network created by the secret service of the aggressor state, which is responsible for a series of terrorist attacks in the territory of Ukraine, explosions and murders, in particular, officers of the Security Service of Ukraine and the Defense Ministry of Ukraine,” said the NSDC secretary.

Turchynov said that the current employees of Russian special services were detained, and their confessions testify to the purposeful organization of the FSB and Russian military intelligence of terror activities in Ukraine.

According to the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, criminal cases were opened against all those involved in organizing and execution of terrorist attacks. In addition, these individuals should be included [as terrorists] in the Interpol base and sanctions lists.

“Similar crimes of Russia’s secret services were exposed also outside our country. All these criminal acts give grounds for recognizing the secret services of the Russian Federation, in particular, FSB and the Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, as terrorist organizations, and Russia – as a state that spreads terrorism in the world,” said Turchynov.

As The Journalist reported, Russian FSB Lieutenant General Minaev is organizer of murder of Ukrainian security officials.
