President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky met with President of Turkey Recep Erdogan, who pay official visit to Kyiv. Erdogan will attend the eighth meeting of the Turkey-Ukraine High-Level Strategic Council followed by a business forum which he will visit together with Zelensky, Anadolu reports.
The honorable meeting ceremony of the presidents of Ukraine and Turkey has already begun in the Mariinsky Palace. The heads of state inspected the honor guard. The national anthems of Ukraine and the Turkish Republic were performed during the ceremony.
The eighth meeting of the High-level Strategic Council will be chaired by Zelensky and Erdogan. It is expected that after the meeting, the presidents will sign a number of bilateral documents, followed meeting with media representatives, the President’s Office reports.
Zelensky and Erdogan will also take part in the Ukrainian-Turkish business forum
