The services of the carrier and its subsidiaries (Eurowings, Swiss, Austrian Airlines) in 2018 were used by 142.3 million passengers. It is noted that this figure is 10% higher than in 2017. In addition, the company’s occupancy rate increased by 0.5 percent. This figure increased to a record 81.4 percent.
It is also noted that Europe’s largest low-cost carrier, Ryanair, carried 139 million passengers.
