The U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch named three priorities for Ukraine on which America will cooperate with the new president of Ukraine after the presidential elections on April 21.

Yovanovitch told about this during a speech at International Election Observation Mission ENEMO breefing, Segodnya reports.

“Let me reiterate, as we talked about it privately, but also publicly over the past few months: the US government will cooperate with any president the Ukrainians elect,” said the US ambassador.

“And we will continue to work following three things that, in the opinion of Ukrainian citizens and in the opinion of the United States, are at the top. In particular, the successful end of the conflict in the east of Ukraine, economic growth and government which treats Ukrainians with equality and sees every citizen equal before the law,” stressed Yovanovitch.

As The Journalist reported, Lutsenko said US ambassador did not hand him a do not prosecute list.
