Perry appreciates the signing by the United States, Poland and Ukraine of a memorandum of trilateral cooperation in the energy sector. According to him, this is an amazing “win” for the energy security.
“The Memorandum of Cooperation between the United States, Poland and Ukraine is an amazing “win” for the energy security, the economic security and the national security of all three countries,” the message says.
In addition, the US Secretary of State also greatly appreciated the meeting with the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksandr Danyliuk and the newly appointed Minister of Energy of Ukraine Oleksiy Orzhel.
