Ukraine and Georgia will cooperate in combating against thieves in law and drug trafficking, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine reported.
«We are interested in the interaction between criminal police departments and in the interaction on issues related to the fight against thieves-in-law. The main problem is the identification of persons and the rapid exchange of information,» – said the Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov.
Minister of Internal Affairs of Georgia, Giorgi Gakharia, in turn, noted that the Georgian side is ready for effective cooperation with Ukrainian law enforcers in all directions.
«You have one of the best Departments to combat cybercrime in Europe. We would like to invite one of the officers to us to learn from your experience,» – said Gakharia.
