Deputy Minister on the issues of Temporarily Occupied Territories, Yuri Grymchak, has listed conditions on which official Kyiv will discuss the supply of Dnipro water to the occupied Crimea. This is reported by Espreso TV inform agency.
The Deputy Minister said that Russia did not officially address Ukraine on the issue of water supply to the peninsula.
In addition, Grymchak said that to begin such negotiations, the Russian Federation must first «recognize the fact of the occupation» of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
«Without this, there is nothing to talk about at all,» – stressed Grymchak.
«After meeting these conditions, it will be possible to discuss how much this water will cost,» – the deputy minister said.
As The Journalist reported earlier, Plant Titan was stopped in the occupied Crimea.
