Ukraine handed over to Turkey a list of prisoners of the Russian Federation

According to Hromadske leader of Crimean Tatars Mustafa Dzhemilev confirmed information about that Ukraine has transferred to Turkey list of all political prisoners of the Russian Federation. It is known that the relevant proposal was previously addressed by President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
As previously reported by The Journalist, Erdogan asked the names of all Ukrainian political prisoners to talk with Putin.

Earlier, Erdogan appealed to leader of Crimean Tatars Mustafa Dzhemilev to provide him with a list of Ukrainian political prisoners in Russian prisons – the future of the prisoners was promised by the Turkish president to talk with Putin.

«We know that the list have already been given, but I cannot say the exact date. Sometime, a week ago it was», said Mustafa Dzhemilev.

However, Dzhemilev did not name any specific timeframe as to when Erdogan’s conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin will take place on release of Ukrainian prisoners of the Kremlin.

We add that the list was transferred through Ukrainian Embassy in Turkey.
As you know, the deputy heads of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people, Ahtem Chiyhoz and Ilmi Umerov, who were imprisoned in the annexed Crimea, were given to Turkey in October 2017.
