Ukraine has fulfilled Association Agreement with the European Union by 42%

The overall progress of Ukraine in fulfilling all obligations under the Association Agreement with the European Union is 42%, reported in the Cabinet.

“2018 was important for us; we did a lot to implement Association Agreement. We have a positive assessment of implementation of Agreement from European Union. But at the same time there are still a lot of tasks that the government as a whole, the ministries and Verkhovna Rada need to work on,” said Ivanna Klympush-Tsintsadze, Vice Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine.
She stressed that according to the last year’s results, the progress in fulfilling obligations under Agreement envisaged for 2018 is 52%.
“This is a better indicator than it was in 2017, especially if we take into account the fact that now we are simultaneously fulfilling some of the issues that were planned earlier. The overall progress of implementation of all obligations under Agreement is 42%, and each ministry is aware of those areas of work that need to be done to increase these indicators,” said Klympush-Tsintsadze.

As reported by “Journalist”, Parubiy signed the law on securing in Constitution course of Ukraine in the EU and NATO.
