President Volodymyr Zelenskyy enacted the decision of the National Security and Defense Council on the application of personal special economic and other restrictive measures. According to the document, Ukraine has imposed three-year sanctions on a Chinese citizen and three companies located in the PRC.
The decree No. 29/2021 put into effect the decision of the NSDC. According to Appendix 1 to the said decision, restrictive measures were applied for a period of three years to Jing Wang, a citizen of the People’s Republic of China.
According to Appendix 2, three-years restrictive measures were also applied to Skyrizon Aircraft Holdings Limited (British Virgin Islands), Hong Kong Skyrizon Holdings Limited (Hong Kong, China), Beijing Skyrizon Aviation Industry Investment Co., Ltd ( Beijing, PRC) and Beijing Xinwei Technology Group Co., Ltd (Beijing, PRC).
