On June 9, the militants violated the ceasefire regime 16 times in Donbas. As a result, one member of the Joint Forces was injured, the press center of the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) headquarters reports.
The enemy fired at Ukrainian positions from 120mm and 82mm mortars banned by the Minsk agreements, as well as from grenade launchers of various systems, heavy machine guns and small arms.
In the zone of responsibility of the Skhid [East] tactical group, the militants attacked Ukrainian positions near Marjinka, Starohnativka, Shyrokine and Avdiivka.
In the zone of responsibility of the Pivnich [North] tactical group, the enemy shelled JF positions near Horikhove, Khutir Vilniy, Shumy, Luhanske, Krymske and Novotoshkivske.
According to intelligence data, on June 9, the Joint Forces units destroyed one occupier and injured another four.
