January 27, Ukraine reported 5,529 coronavirus cases, with 48,736 tests conducted yesterday. Most of all new infections were found in the Lviv region and Kyiv city, to the Minister of Health of Ukraine.
Over the past day, the largest number of confirmed cases was registered in the Lviv region (454), in the city of Kyiv (396), Kharkiv (313), Mykolaiv (308) and Dnipropetrivsk (296) regions.
Some 1,941 people were hospitalized yesterday, 11,946 people recovered, 149 patients died.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 1,206,412 people have been infected with the coronavirus in Ukraine; 992,031 patients recovered.
