Six servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine became ill with coronavirus over the past day, according to the press service of the Ukrainian Army’s Medical Forces Command.
“Over the past day, 6 new cases of acute respiratory disease have been confirmed,” the report reads.
According to doctors, four servicemen fell ill (two in Kyiv region and one each in Odesa and Khmelnitsky), as well as two officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (one each in Kyiv and Zhytomyr regions).
All of them are treated at home under the supervision of health workers. They have a mild course of the disease.
A total of 154 people fell ill with the coronavirus in the AFU.
During the pandemic, 406 people recovered, another 5 became victims of the disease.
Some 565 servicemen are staying in isolation (including self-isolation). The isolation term expires in the next three days for 259 people.
