Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine obliges state-run companies to pay part of the net profit, as well as the business entities with a state share to pay dividends. It is reported by the press center of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
Business entities whose net profit is less than UAH 50 million will contribute from 50% to 90% of their profits to the state budget of Ukraine.
However, this decision does not affect socially significant projects, such as the defense industry, their taxation does not exceed 30% of their profit.
