The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported that Russian-led forces are equipping new firing positions for self-propelled artillery installations (self-propelled guns) and tanks in Donbas.
The militants increased ammunition supply for artillery systems in frontline positions. The intelligence specified that the Russian occupation forces’ command intensifies training of formations and units of 1st (Donetsk) and 2nd (Lugansk) armed corpuses to alert them to conditions of toughening hostilities.
“In particular, last week the enemy increased the intensity of the artillery units training in striking against specified targets in the depths of the defense of the Joint Forces and the fire support of its advanced units if the situation aggravates,” the Defense Ministry said.
