Head of the Mission of Ukraine to the EU, Mykola Tochytskyi, has said that the Ukrainian delegation informed the EU about a new Russian attack in Donbas, urging partners to take a decisive reaction. He wrote about this on his Twitter.
“Yet another cynical Russia’s attack in Donbas. Today, the forces of the Russian Federation and the forces supported by it launched an offensive and heavy shelling of the positions of the Armed Forces using weapons prohibited by the Minsk agreements. One soldier killed, four were injured. We informed the EU about Russia’s escalation and called on partners to react resolutely,” Mykola Tochytskyi wrote.
