Ukrainian Matka-class Missile boat Pryluky together with US missile destroyer Porter and Romanian Corvette Rear Admiral Horia Macellario held joint military exercises in the Black Sea region. This was reported by the press service of the Ukrainian Navy.
The exercises were aimed to improve skills, marine training and exchange of experience between NATO member states and partner countries, as well as to improve skills and actions of ship crews in performing tasks as part of an international group.
“During the joint training, the crews completed tactical maneuvering tasks, leading, a person overboard rescue training, air defense operations, and also communications training in accordance with NATO standards,” the message reads.
