The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has decided to make a voluntary fee to the Organization of American States (OAS) fund as a permanent observer, as stated in the governmental order No.415-r published on the department’s website.
Ukraine will make a USD 40, 000 fee to the OAS fund. Such a step will contribute to the development of cooperation with the North and South American states in matters of regional and global security, fighting against terrorism and drug trafficking, human rights activities, as well as the development of trade and economic cooperation.
The funds will be allocated at the expense of the 1401020 “Contributions of Ukraine to the budgets of the UN, organs and specialized agencies of the UN system, other international organizations and convention bodies” budget program.
