Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk stated that the sale of licenses for the extraction of mineral resources in Ukraine will be carried out exclusively through the Prozorro.Sales auctions system.
“This is unacceptable to allow corrupt officials to get rich at the expense of natural resources. The bowels of Ukraine will work exclusively in the interests of the Ukrainian people,” the head of government said.
To Honcharuk, he instructed the heads of regional state administrations, together with the State Geological Surveyors representatives, to upload Investment Atlas of the Subsoil User on the official websites of the Regional State Administration with a list of objects that investors may be interested in.
In addition, the Prime Minister called on local governments to become as involved as possible in filling Investment Atlas with relevant information and to ensure the provision of specific investment proposals.
