Ukrainian Balukh continue to be illegally detained in a penitentiary colony where it is crazy cold

For a political prisoner citizen of Ukraine, Volodymyr Balukh, illegally sentenced by the Russian court, his stay in a penal colony number 4 in the city of Torzhok (Tver region, Russia) was extended for a further 15 days.

As the Crimean Human Rights Group reports, Balukh reported about this in a letter to a Ukrainian activist from Latvia.

Balukh wrote that he was kept in a solitary confinement cell, where he constantly freezes, wakes up at night from the cold.

In his letter, Ukrainian said that his things have disappeared from Kerch colony earlier, including embroidered T-shirt.

“My embroiderer with a T-shirt” with the Cossack “together with other things worked out” (stolen – ed.) in Kerch IR-2 by so-called employees”, – said Balukh.

It is known that the letter dated May 4.

As reported by the Journalist, the occupants violated their own legislation, extending the term to the political prisoner Balukh.
