Ukrainian government appoints Denys Bashlyk as head of State GeoCadastre

According to the results of the competition, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has appointed Denys Bashlyk as the head of the State Service for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre (StateGeoCadastre).

This was reported by the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers following the meeting on November 20.

On September 9, the Cabinet dismissed Lyudmyla Shemelynets from the post of head of the State GeoCadastre, and announced a competition on October 4.

Mr Bashlyk served as director of the Department for International Cooperation and Land Market of the State GeoCadastre since 2017, before that he worked as the chief specialist in the same department.

He graduated from the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, majoring in International Relations.
