The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine will submit to the National Security and Defense Council proposals for expanding the sanctions list of enterprises.

This was reported by The Ministry of Temporarily Occupied Territories and IDPs.

“Regular sanctions concern a number of legal entities involved in the construction of the Krasnodar Krai – Crimea main gas pipeline, illegal production of hydrocarbons in the seized Ukrainian fields, including fields located within the continental shelf of Ukraine,” the statement reads.

The sanctions list includes 18 legal entities registered in the Russian Federation and 6 in the territory of the temporarily occupied Crimea.

The list will include the enterprises that supply materials, equipment and services to the Russian military-industrial complex plant Fiolent, located in the Crimea. Among them are companies registered in the territory of the Russian Federation, China, Turkey, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

“The legal entities activities contribute to the legitimation of the illegal occupation of the Crimea and Sevastopol by Russia, and also create real and potential threats to national interests, national security, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine. The imposition of sanctions on all enterprises involved in the construction of the Krasnodar Krai-Crimea gas pipeline and in the illegal extraction of hydrocarbons in the seized Ukrainian fields will create a basis for further actions to limit or terminate economic relations with the European Union countries and the United States,” the ministry stated.
