Ukrainians might travel to Bulgaria without PCR test until late Sept

According to European Pravda, Bulgaria has extended entry permit for Ukrainian citizens without requiring a PCR test and quarantine until September 30.

“On August 31, 2020, the Ministry of Health of Bulgaria amended an order No. RD-01-488. It stipulates that citizens of Ukraine are allowed to enter the territory of Bulgaria without the need to provide negative PCR coronavirus test and quarantine, for the period from September 1 – 30 of 2020,” the message reads.
