A resident of Lutsk received 6 years in prison for disseminating anti-Constitutional appeals in the social network.

So, the Lutsk City District Court in absentia sentenced a local resident for the dissemination in 2014 of anti-constitutional publications in the banned Russian social network Vkontakte.

The court agreed that in his notes four years ago the accused publicly called for changing the Ukrainian border, overthrowing the constitutional order, seizing state power by force and unleashing a military conflict.

At the moment the resident of Lutsk, being aware of the criminal prosecution, is hiding from the investigative and judicial authorities, writes Informator.
