The Ukrainian aviation has performed in Poland at the International Airshow-2018 last weekend of August. This is reported by Defense Express.
As The Journalist reported earlier, aircraft of Ukraine’s Armed Forces participated in the international aviation show in Poland on August 24 – 27.
The report notes that the event was held at the Radom military air base on occasion of the 100th anniversary of the creation of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland.
«The Ukrainian group was represented by the Su-27UB fighter (board/No. 71 «blue», 831 BrTa), Su-25UB attack aircraft (b/No. 63 «blue», 299 BrTa) and An-26 transport aircraft (b/No. 44 «blue», 456 brigade of transport aviation). The Ukrainian delegation will be headed by First Deputy Air Force Commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Arkadiy Vashutin,» – the message says.
Participants of the show were representatives of the 21st country – Poland’s partners in NATO and representatives of other countries (Pakistan, Switzerland, Jordan). About 55 aircraft and helicopters were participating in the show.
