Commissioner for Human Rights Lyudmila Denisova intends to meet with the Russian ombudsman Tatyana Moskalkova during her visit to Greece.
About this Denisova reported on her Facebook page.

"I want to finally communicate personally with the human rights commissioner in the Russian Federation, Tatiana Moskalkova, who will arrive in Greece at the same time as I will. I would raise the issue of Russia’s compliance with international humanitarian law with respect to Ukrainian political prisoners and prisoners of war. I will not neglect the topic of providing them with qualified medical care and ensuring proper conditions of care," Denisova said.
Ukrainian ombudsman also said that he plans to talk with the head of the International Ombudsman Institute Peter Tiandal and the chairman of the Ukraine-Greece parliamentary group, Atanasios Athanasius.
"I have the purpose to meet with the ombudsman of the Greek Republic Andreas Pottakis and to sign the Cooperation Agreement. It will be aimed at effective protection and promotion of the rights and freedoms of citizens of both countries. This is important, given that there are a lot of detained Ukrainians in Greece," Denisova added.
As reported by Journalist, the EU has agreed on new requirements for biometric documents.
