The Anti-Monopoly Committee of Ukraine has fined operators of gasoline stations for UAH 40.99 million for an agreed increase in prices for liquefied gas in August 2017, the press service of the ministry reported.
«For violation of the law through anticompetitive concerted actions, which consisted in a similar increase in prices for liquefied hydrocarbon gas when it was sold at retail in August 2017. At the same time, the analysis of the market situation denies the existence of objective reasons for such actions, which led to restriction of competition», – the message said.
Among other companies, the AMCU fined LLC GAZ Postachannia for UAH 8.07 million, LLC NaftoTrade Resources for UAH 5.44 million, LLC Import Trans Service for UAH 5.17 million, LLC Factoring Group for UAH 4.55 million, LLC WOG Retail for UAH 4.18 million, LLC Avantage 7 for UAH 3.27 million, LLC OKKO-Bisnes Contract for UAH 3 million 203 thousand.
As «The Journalist» reported, in Ukraine, retail prices for gasoline and diesel fuel increased.
