«Journalist» team visited an open training session on the eve of the departure of Roman and Oleksandr and talked directly with athletes, coach and those who support them.

«Fitness and sports are different things. One should be focused not only on medals, but also to keep the guys’ health safe. Therefore, our experts are cautiously approaching the training of Roman and Aleksander. The guys train so hard so that we sometimes even have to restrain them», said the director of the club «DOG & Grand CrossFit» Valentyn Litvynchuk.

According to the coach, the key to the success of our athletes is that they have strong spirit.
«They are harden and strong both in character and in spirit. Other people should learn from them. There is no specificity in the preparation. They train, just like me», – said coach Kyra Zolota.
