«We have already placed a tender, supporting this claim, on Prozorro systems and expect to sign a contract by the end of the year. We are planning to file the lawsuit at the beginning of next year,» – said the Acting President of Ukrenergo.
Kovalchuk clarified the tender was announced for legal support during the entire period of consideration of the case.
It is noted that only companies with experience in international arbitration related to claims against the Russian Federation can participate in the tender.
According to information on the Prozorro website, the expected cost of purchasing services is UAH 45 million.
