Near the left wing of the landing hall of Boryspil International Airport ‘s Terminal D, the construction of the platforms of the high-speed railway line from Kiev began.
According to Avianews, two platforms for the reception of trains, which will connect Kiev and the airport, are planned to build in about 200 m far from the entrance to the terminal.
The construction workers have already built the embankment for the new railroad tracks of the current railroad. The new tracks lead to the conjunction point with the Kiev-Boryspil-Kharkov highway. Works are being carried out to equip the soil for the building of the embankment from the airport side.
As The Journalist reported, the railway line to Boryspil airport: more than 25% of work has already been completed.
