Law enforcement officers detained a 24-year-old resident of Bila Tserkva. About 10 kg of drugs has been found at his place. About this informs the press service of the Prosecutor’s Office in the Kyiv oblast.
The report notes that a 24-year-old young man, has a criminal record and was released from serving his sentence on probation, illegally purchased and stored cannabis in his home with a total mass of almost 10 kg.
Indictment of a criminal offense against a 24-year-old guy was approved and sent to court according to Part 3 of Art. 309 (illegal acquisition and possession of drugs in especially large amounts without the purpose of marketing) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
For the committed criminal offense, the offender faces a penalty of 8 years imprisonment.
