On May 24, editor of the local Internet publication «Law One for All», Vsevolod Novohatko was attacked by unknown persons in Dnipro.
According to Vsevolod Novohatko, at 8:20 am three tall young people were waiting for him not far from his home, reported Radio Freedom.
«They spotted me and moved forward. When they caught up with me, I missed a blow to my face and fell to the ground. When the passers-by came up, attackers escaped. Later I was examined in the City Hospital No. 6, and doctors determined that I had suffered slight injuries», – said Vsevolod.
He connects the attack with professional activity. In particular, in his publications on the Internet portal «Law One for All» he was criticized the deputies of the Dnipro City Council and employees of Municipal services for unlawful actions.
«Almost each publication has specific facts of violations», – Novohatko noted.
He appealed to the Police and is cooperating with the investigation now.
As «The Journalist» reported, unknown perpetrators attacked journalists and showered unknown substance on them.
