The State Property Fund of Ukraine expects to receive UAH 2 billion from the sale of small-scale privatization facilities in 2018, the Acting Head of the fund, Vitaliy Trubarov, said.
According to him, as of today it was possible to sell 49 of 277 small-scale privatization facilities for more than UAH 47 million.
«The start price of lots thought auction has increased from 18 to 45 million UAH, and this is a good indicator. Objects that are in satisfactory condition and located in cities or in existing industrial zones, are sold at an increase in price by 3-4 times. In the near future, it is expected to hold auctions for 128 objects with a starting price of almost UAH 318 million,» – Trubarov emphasized.
At the same time, Mr Trubarov added that almost 100 lots will be held auctioned again due to lack of applications.
